Terms & Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for the 35% Guaranteed Buy-Back at the end of Year 3, the equipment must meet the following maintenance and operational standards throughout the ownership period:
Equipment Condition
The rock splitter unit must be returned clean, well-maintained, and free of severe structural or physical neglect. The machine must be in fully functional, sound working condition.
Genuine Parts & Consumables
Only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spare parts and recommended high-grade greases must be used. Use of non-genuine or counterfeit spare parts automatically voids the buy-back agreement.
Approved Tooling & Drill Bits
Operators must exclusively use original, high-strength wedges and compatible drilling bits. The use of non-standard or third-party duplicates is strictly prohibited.
Periodic Maintenance
The air compressor powering or servicing the splitter system must undergo documented, routine maintenance according to prescribed manufacturer service intervals.
